  • What forms do I need to fill in? +

    For most services, you will need to complete a R057 - Application for apparatus licence (ACMA form). Please feel free to contact us and we will facilitate the application process.

  • How long does it take? +

    Once we have all the information, applications are completed within 5 working days. However, if you have an urgent request, please contact us and we will do our best to expedite the process.

  • Can I move my frequency from site A to site B? +

    Contact us and our experienced assigners can do initial checks and provide preliminary advice.

    Please note, that until a frequency assignment process has been completed fully we cannot ascertain precisely whether a frequency can be licensed in a particular location.

  • How are licence fees calculated? +

    There are two components:

    1. Assignment / Variation fee
    2. Annual licence fee: Determined by Bandwidth, Density Area and licence type.

  • What information do you need to know about my new site? +

    Please supply a site description and location/address. If it is a small block then a street address will be sufficient, otherwise please supply co-ordinates; map or Google Earth site.
